With the rapid development of digital technology, microelectronics technology, performance avionics maturing, fighting and life-cycle cost of its military aircraft have had a great impact, the study and mastery of integrated avionics systems for modern and future war has important and far-reaching significance.Modern digital aircraft thanks to advanced intelligent control systems and avionics integration technology, the aircraft has a more superior performance and ability to perform complex missions.This dissertation concentrates on signals generated by engine system, control system and avionics system related with certain model aircraft, these signals correlate with others in time domain, therefore, system needs a high real-time and correlation performance.First, with the key technology of HWIL simulation technology and the characteristic of signals to be simulated, after having a deep analysis of the time performance of Simulation Signal Source System, the author figures out the solution of real-time performance; this system is to employ a technique called Lab VIEW RT which is based on RTOS ETS, this technique cooperates with synchronization and trigger performance of PXI,VXI and LXI system, it can ensure the system real-time performance.Second, this paper gives an evaluation and testing to the real-time and synchronization performance based on Lab VIEW RT,and realizes the design architecture and flow of the software system, and integrates programming with Lab VIEW 8.2 and VC 6.0; with the method of model partition, enhances system expansibility by loading DLLs in system; adopts multi-thread mechanism, assigns different tasks their priorities based on essentialities, optimizes the software implement pattern; applies double-buffer output model to ensure continuity and real-time performance of waveforms; at the same time, realizes real-time inter-communication with software FIFO, and reliable node-communication with TCP in distributed system, improves the total system communication capability.Finally, this paper proposes the user interface design, reliability design, optimization design and method, and has a optimization on the whole software system.The research on Software Design of Simulation Signal Source System Based on Embedded System constructs foundation for future development on both theory and engineering.
