Power Plant Operation Ticket Management System Design And Implementation

"TWO TICKETS THREE RULES" is the basic rules to guarantee safety in electricity production, as one of the "TWO TICKETS THREE RULES", "OPERATING TICKETS" plays a very important role for operating personnel. Due to historical reasons, the management of "operating tickets" has been filled by hand, the traditional manual method, for a long time. Along with the development of the science and technology in the power industry, the production activities and the power equipments are expanding, the traditional hand-filled operating ticket is incompatible with the actual operation management.In this paper, a detailed analysis was given in "operating tickets" status and inadequate in Guodian Yangzonghai Generating Co. ltd, and suggested in establishment the concept of computer graphic operation management system, as well as its feasibility in reality. The author also introduced system development in POWERBUIDER, explained the processes and method of the database design and structure, different module design and programming analysis, presented some major procedure frame and the fringe.When this article was finished, this system has been put into reality operation well, and been improving, if necessary.
