Data mining have caused great concern as a technology of knowledge discovery, in recent years. Nowadays, data mining have been used in many fields, such as agriculture, biological, telecommunications, and so many other national economy fields. Nowadays the development of Global information are so quickly, and with the demand of coping with mass data, Data mining as a method of dealing with mass data will play a more important role. As one of the most basic and most widely used technology, decision tree method certainly attracts so much graze. At the same time, the development of internet has dramatically changed our way of life. And there is so much attention was paid to the internet commercial application that companies and individuals in growing numbers altered their focus to the internet. Bank, school, enterprises and even individuals are very likely to expose their information on the internet or to provide new types of internet services. With the development of internet, domestic airlines began to provide online services. China Civil Aviation has more than50billion sales, no doubt that it is a huge potential market which was waiting to exploit.We combined the decision tree method which was very widely used in data mining field and the airline ticket database, and design and implement the air tickets reservation system which was based on decision tree. In the system we select the registered customs through the decision tree method, according to the different situations we make different decisions. So the registered customers could know the latest ticket information, and could buy the more appropriate ticket. Otherwise, the customers could chose their flights as in a supermarket replace the "ask-answer" type service. Make the ticket price information transparent, which was highly reduce the illegal phenomenon in the air ticket market and greatly protect the ticket agent’s legitimate rights and interests. For the user it is looked very clear and can be easily used..In this paper we first make a simple introduction to decision tree method. ASP dynamic webpage technology. ACCESS database technology and IIS technology of Web server. Then we analysised the feasibility and superiority of the application of decision tree method in air ticket database. Design a method which could make different decisions according to the history of the customers. And then we analysised the functional requirement of the system. Design and implement a simplely operate and convenient management ticket information mining and ticket booking system. In the whole system design process, we used the ASP dynamic webpage technology, HTML scripting language website design technology. In addition, we also make a contrast between decision tree method and the normal search traversal technology. The result led to a conclusion that the decision tree method is effective method, and the system is easy to use system, which could satisfy the basic need of an air passenger.
