Research On The Construction Of Evaluation System For National Security Intelligence Product Standard

Especially in recent years,due to the constant intensification of the Russia-Ukraine conflict and the frequent technical blockade imposed by the West on China,China’s national security is facing unprecedented challenges,and strengthening the protection of national security is imminent.And intelligence work is the most effective barrier to ensure national security from being threatened.In the complex intelligence workflow,intelligence products are the most intuitive manifestation of testing intelligence work and the direct basis for users to make decisions.Therefore,conducting a scientific and systematic evaluation of the standardization of national security intelligence products is of great value and practical significance for safeguarding national security and safeguarding national interests.This article is based on the product hierarchy theory.Firstly,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)are integrated as evaluation methods;Secondly,based on the normative documents for intelligence products released by the Office of the Director of National Security Intelligence in the United States,fifteen secondary evaluation indicators were extracted and organized,and feasibility tests were conducted on national security intelligence products from the United Kingdom and Canada,proving that the evaluation system is of general significance and can be widely used;Finally,based on this,empirical evaluation and analysis were conducted on national security intelligence products from five security fields in China,including political security,social security,people’s security,and technological security.Based on the evaluation process and scoring results,it was found that there is a lack of leadership core in China’s national security intelligence product specifications,government departments do not attach enough importance to intelligence product specifications,and there is a lack of effective and complete feedback mechanisms for national security intelligence products,And proposed optimization measures one by one,in order to provide reference for the standardized construction and evaluation of China’s national security intelligence products.
