The heating system in China adheres to the Planned Economy period,and it has few changes in the last many years.Because of the policy of the city domicile heating,the method of treating every house as the same is carried on for many years.Namely that the city domicile heating is somehow a kind of welfare of the country.But in recent years construction department has already declaimed the "Suggestion of cities and towns heating reformation trial".And it has been point out clearly that welfare heating should be stopped and turned to market and capital in the report.Currently the marketing economy is growing up quickly,and how to charge for the heating system has already become a important role in the society especially in the north of China.The conventional criteria could not satisfy the demand of suitable charge for the city domicile and the satisfaction of citizens.The domiciles in cities are various from each other,so there must be lots of differences between different.So the reason above derive the complexity of heating system.It also makes barricade to form a generic formula to charge every family by the quantity of power that it consumed based on the using time and the using area.Equitableness and accuracy are difficult to guaranteed.The heating syst.is widely used in the north of China,and the amount of user is large.If we confirm the data of heat consumption of every family by human,enormous number of people will be occupied to do this kind of this inefficient job.In this paper,a resolution will be carried out faced to the troubles above.It will has excellent performances at measuring accurate,charging suitably and save the human resource.It could make the heating enterprises to monitor the consumption of heat clearly and also could make the citizens pay for the bill transparently. Simultaneously,it achieves the aim of charge by quantity remotely without human. The human resource is saved effectively.The heating syst.is not only used in the domicile,but also widely used in the industry,agriculture and various aspects of society life.It has also played a very important role.Thus the syst.can also be a important element of these usage,to act as a bridge between the users and providers.And there is still some suggestions of the author in this paper.Syst.is constructed in the way of modularization.There are five substantial elements in the syst.,namely 1)analog quantity collection 2)data processing 3) wireless transmission 4)transmission through the internet 5)data base of server. Key technologies of lements except the last one will be discussed and researched in this paper.Analog collection is the prior part of the system,temperature sensor and flux sensor adopted by the collection devices are all independent elements relatively. Temperature sensor is planned to use the MAX6625 chip of Maxim company.And the flux sensor is planned to use the ultrasonic flux sensor.Sequentially,several other kinds of flux sensor will be introduced by simply point their advantages and disadvantages.The algorithms of predecessors will be used as reference when calculating the data by mended algorithms.The result which is carried out by the improved algorithms could reach the commercial standard.The element of data processing is divided into two parts that 1)collection terminal data processing and 2)node data processing.Core of collection terminals is W77e58 MCU.It features that strong ability of anti disturbance,lower power and rich peripherals.Nodes adopt Arm embed syst.to performing the multiple collection terminals data processing.Wireless transmission is divided into wireless terminals in buildings and terminals between buildings or in the group of building.Terminals in buildings adopt the nRF401 wireless TxRx modules,it features that to connect the multiple terminals in building with the second level node.Transmission between buildings use the method of IEEE802.11 WLAN,to implement the information transmission between buildings.The data has its unique form to achieve high efficiency.Data transmission through internet is a method of long distance transmission. GSM transmission is introduced simply as another scheme.As the main scheme, the data is translated form the top level nodes to the server of heating company through internet.For hardware,RTL8019 ethernet interface based on the ARM embedded syst.will be adopted.The heating company learns about and controls the whole heating network by the data base of servers.And also acquaint the essential information of users by it. It's the important element of the system.The performing of data base and the software of human-pc interface will be implemented by other researchers.And other papers will be completed base on this topic.In the conclusion,part of the result of experiment will be given out.Hardware of wireless of transmission in building will be implemented including the experiment result.Then there will also be an overall procedure of experiment,and introduction of the experiment environment.At last,there will be a demonstration of problems that encounted in the design and the way to get rid of them.And also the improvement of the syst.in future is discussed.
