There is a growing use of many small, portable, powerful communications equipment. So the traditional transmission cable being replaced by wireless communication. There are so many advantages compared to wireless transmission and cable transmission. First of all, no need to set up wires and cover a wide range, free from the geographical constraints. Secondly, it has high quality of voice and low error rate. Third, you can quickly find the reasons why it out of order and restore. Lastly it also has good security and confidentiality.First of all, This article describes two types of voice-data coding waveform coding and parametric coding, and they were introduced, by comparing the selected items as G.729 voice compression algorithms.Second, Analyzed the speech coding algorithm for the general principles, voice compression coding classification and different methods of implementation.
