With the rapid development of new technology and business of communications, the increase of bandwidth and speed of transmission, and more cooperation in different nets, the requirement of the capability of clock frequency and time in communication net is being higher and higher. At the meantime, more and more synchronization equipments from different company appear in the market. In order to manage various equipments as a whole and make them operate smoothly, a synchronization network management system is needed.Currently, the popular network management systems have comprehensive functions, but they are operating on the different maintenance terminal as an unattached system without any linkage with others. It's difficult to synchronize their information, even between the parent-inheritor management systems. So a synchronization network management system is needed to know the operation status of various servers in time, control them in one place and provide exact and friendly interface to monitor staff to help him conduct the distant synchronization server conveniently due to the physics distance in these equipments is somehow long because of the requirement of net level and environment.The thesis mainly focuses on how to accomplish this synchronization network monitor& management system and how to synchronize the data of various management systems in different areas. The synchronization network management system will be achieved and realize the centralization management by C/S framework. Furthermore, the system will possess the function of accurate warning delivery to equipments under the excellent real-time condition by this C/S framework. Every local client will be equipped with the local server program to deal with the emergent management when malfunction happened between the synchronization network management system and the local server and cause linkage intermittence between these two. Besides this, the local server program will also have the function of data synchronization as soon as local client resuming the communication with the synchronization network management system. The thesis begins with the description of client needs and function design based on these needs. Then present the systemic design and planning of several main issues to illuminate how this synchronization network management system works. Eventually, detail explanation and solution of some main functions will be given in the thesis to demonstrate how to realize.Finally, the thesis achieves an efficient and easy-maintenance synchronization network management system with the function of equipment management and data synchronization.
