Data Warehouse is a technical program that to address the above issues. Front-end tools for data warehouse is a direct part of the user-oriented, Front-end tools for data warehouse is effective, comprehensive and easy to operate or not that will impact the Accuracy and comprehensiveness of information which users get, And will impact the Use and promotion of Front-end tools for data warehouse.In the Current data warehouse system, there are mainly three types of front-end tools: inquiries analysis tools of On-line analysis of inquiries (OLAP),Analyzing and forecasting tools of Decision Support System (DSS),Mining tools of Data Mining (DM). These three tools have their own different characteristics, This paper introduces the Mining tools of Data Mining, Focus on data preprocessing, data mining techniques which based on Related knowledge and research them , and put it to be applied to oil exploration areas, Mining Analysis of the human resources management which affect oil field production efficiency, Select related information from Human resources and the efficiency of production, To help management department to Integrate the human resources and to achieve maximum benefit.This paper completed the following work:(1)Introduce the Related Theory and Main Technology for Data Warehouse and the display tools of Data Warehouse(2)Established Data Mining and Mining Model, Achieved the algorithm of Apriori association rules.(3)Display the Results of Mining and raw data of Data Warehouse by office system.
