| Today retail industry is no longer the traditional Commercial behavior that simply buy wholesale and sell retail, buy low and sell high, but becomes the competition of inter-industry scientific management and high-tech application. The retail industry system will generate a lot of business data of days%week、month、quarter and year, how to efficient use these massive data to provide reasonable market and trend analysis for providers, reduce inventory cost and formulate marketing strategy which is the urgent problem to be solved.The article based on the investigation of data warehouse subsystem business and particularity in the retail system of a large enterprise gives an analysis of needs goal about theFrequent operation to data in routine work. The database of data warehouse subsystem is Oracle11g and the client uses java and other multi-language versions. The batch side calls pl/sql and pro*C program in Hitachi JP1system platform to run batch automatically during the night. Together with batch end night processing provides accurate data and check for system. In the system development process, there is need to interact with database frequently and data CRUD operations. the article analyzes the existing problems and functional requirements of system then compile testing tool with VBA in Excel. Design and implement the tool which could get the table structure from database directly, generate SQL text from testing excel document as well as directly execute CRUD operations to database with excel document.The auxiliary testing tool in the article is mainly to achieve the interaction with database without PLSQL Developer, sql*plus and other tools and make it normalization. The tool providing useful data information and systematic efficient management and operation has become a relatively perfect assistant testing tool. Currently the tool has been applied to improve the efficiency and level of enterprise data management and enables development and testing more standardized and efficient. |
