The System Research On The Traffic Accident Data Analysis Based On Data Mining

In recent years, the urban transportation was more and more crowded; Transportation has nearly become the common question which all big or medium cities faced. At the same time our country is the highest country of death toll on the road traffic accident, having been occupying the first place in the world for several years. In order to reduce the road traffic accident, ensure national wealth and people's safety in life and property, our country cost a large number of human and financial resources to check black spot of the road and make countermeasures every year.The data mining is an important research area which emerged on information technology domain in the recent years. The massive primary data value is possibly hiding some unknown message, may provides more help to people. Along with the data acquisition technology development, the data quantity and attribute is more and more big, the attribute is also more and more many, how to obtains the effective knowledge from these data is precisely the question which the data mining needs to solve. At present, this research area already became research topics on the database, information management system, artificial intelligence and policy-making support.How to apply advanced information technologies at an increasingly large quantity of raw data traffic for integrated development and effective use has become a pressing issue. It has practical significance in the data mining technology on traffic data analysis.The scope of this paper belongs to Intelligent Transportation Systems technology. Data mining association rules was use to find out identify potential and valuable laws from database records of traffic accidents, and then to guide traffic management decision-making, to eliminate potential causes of accidents, and reduce accident happened.At first, detailed analyse the cause of traffic accidents. It main analyse on people, vehicles, roads and environment of the factors on the formation of the impact of traffic accidents, and to analyze the characteristics of traffic accident data, traffic data mining for relevant requirements of the development of traffic acquisition system. Then, expounded the implementation steps on the traffic data warehouse, build a road traffic accident property of star-shaped structure of fully connected data model, implementation of the traffic data warehouse. Finally using the BI Dev Studio development tools to the traffic data warehouse for online analysis, introduce the use of their traffic data using data mining correlation algorithm related steps, use association rules derived from traffic safety to improve the relevance of the advice.
