With the development of learning theory and information technology, e-Learning was wholly accepted around the world as a new learning methodology. Due to the proceeding of the knowledge age, employee training and development, learning organization establishment were highly attached to meet the challenge and to improve the core competency of the company. As an advanced learning and teaching management method, e-Learning hold it's especially important position in corporation training system and has become a new trend in corporation training.But as a new and developing research field in China, e-Learning was understood as a theory concept and most of the corporations lacked of practical experience. Some company didn't benefit from e-Learning even with large investment on the beginning. Based on this actual situation, this thesis employed the solution of"Rapid e-Learning"and research on the strategies and procedure of"Rapid development and deployment".The main contents of the thesis are included as follows: (1) Relevant theory analysis: a brief introduction of e-Learning and it's instructional design based on the ADDIE model; (2) The construction of practical model for Rapid e-Learning: based on the research of corporation e-Learning environment and the analysis of typical development process, constructed the practical model for rapid development; (3) The case study of new employee orientation project of B Company: Conduct rapid development and deployment and try to verify the practical rapid e-Learning model effectively.
