At this time, Philosophy is not only a kind of weltanschauung, but a kind of thought, also the headstream of science and value. It concentrates the most fontal human civilization and success in spirit. In substance, the modern social science appeared and developed with the beginning of reflecting about the traditional Philosophy, such as societal and mental activity. News propagation is not an exception. This thesis analyses the academic fundamentals that news propagation should follow by pondering the relation between news, Philosophy, facts, politics, clamjamfry, the advancement of society and culture tradition. It focuses on discussing the objectivity and essentiality of news propagation theories. By dint of Philosophy ways and means, the thesis researches into the essence and rule and tries finding gist for the ethic of news propagation.In this thesis, the preface briefly analyses the background and object of research, raises the main viewpoint:Philosophy should go into the news propagation activities, and tell the destination and meaning of this research.The main body of this thesis is divided into six chapters. In Chapter one,on the base of Marxism materialism,the writer dates the frame of reference about objectivity principia which reporting news must abide. In Chapter two, the thesis analyses the antinomy and unification of the news propagation activities as an inconsistency, recurring to discoursing upon the dialectic relation between phenomenon and hypostases, realism and history, subjectivity and objectivity. In Chapter three, the thesis analyses concretely anatomies some pairs of Philosophy categories such as sensibility and logos, inevitability and chanciness, exc. In Chapter four, the writer dates the significance of news propagation practice, by way of analyzing Marxism epistemology. The Chapter five analyses Marxism history, in order to answer the question on the character and the impetus of news career. In Chapter six, the thesis summarizes the valuable experience about using Philosophy means to practice news propagation. In allusion to the disfigurement at present, the writer puts forward the contestation that the journalists should keep a wholesome main body.At the end of this thesis,the writer draws the conclusion to emphasis that Philosophy is not only the news propagation, but also the spiritual inside information of the whole society and the whole humane being that develop sound, and point out that by making a sober cognition that humanitarianism will be perfected in the news propagation of contemporary age.
