With the increasing of energy crisis, development of new energy sources technologieshave received more attention. It is the inevitable choice for the whole world to develop insustainable model. In this context,, a new type energy source named lithium-ion battery hasgot fast development. However, there is no safety monitoring equipment for finished batteriesat present. Some finished batteries have a few disadvantages, for example, the craftsmanshipof anode and cathode may below the standard, incorrect internal rigging, battery short circuitand so on. Aim at above problems, this paper proposes an automatic battery detection systembased on X-rays detection technology.Based on the analysis of the cell structure, accordance with the requirements of batteryproducts testing, the paper designs the X-ray imaging system, and the system of motioncontrol system, image acquisition system has carried on the detailed design, to illustrate itsstructure the block diagram is used and the key equipments are selected.At the same time, onthe basis of image intensifier output image correction in the battery internal structure,k-means clustering algorithm and gradient algorithm is proposed,through the imageprocessing and recognition,many problems are solved, like the anode slice image grey value isclose, characteristic is not obvious, not easy to identify and so on, to achieve the purpose ofsorting battery automatically detect recognition. Finally, through the field of detection systemof a batch of battery detection experiment, the design rationality and feasibility of the system,and the reliability of the image recognition algorithm are verified. |
