The Research And Development Of Nickel-metal Hydride Power Battery's Anode Plate Product Line Control System

This thesis, which bases on the analysis of current control system, aims at researching and developing a reliably operating automatic control system, according to the demands of battery's anode plate product line process and the theories of mechanical control product design.Basing on the actual technique of production, this thesis introduces the research of nickel-metal hydride power battery's anode plate product line control system, the engineering's implementation and the development of product line detailed. It also discusses and researches the product line's display system.The nickel-metal hydride power battery's anode plate product line adopts building block design and it makes the product line obtain higher efficiency through adjusting each assembled module. The control system selects the method of programmable logic controller (PLC). As the key control unit, PLC has the strong point which contains:rapidly reflecting the velocity, simply programming, easily installing, high reliability, easily controlling, flexible designing and strong capability of anti-external interference. According to the demand of tension control, it adopts the constant tension control, which contributes much to improving the quality of products. The product line's velocity control adopts synchronization speed regulating control of transducer, which makes each section run synchronously.This thesis also researches the data communication display system, which is in accordance with the nickel-metal hydride power battery's anode plate product line. The system can be used in other PLC system for data display and it is very cheap, practical and reliable. This thesis divides the whole display system into three modules:data communication module, data handling module and data display module, and accomplishes a comparatively complete design of data display system eventually. The display system can display data and parameter of the product line in time, response the running situation of product line and guarantee the product line run reliably continuously.
