This paper emphatically investigates the china telecom's phs and JJE short messages management system. While settling the database data, we split the, huge one table to little tables through hash splitting way.At the end of the paper, we make a summary of the work, and put forward some incomplete problems of this SPMS system. The topic of the paper comes from JiangSu telecom SPMS system and ShangHai telecom SPMS system.
