The users in enterPrise use short message to send task,meeting info, and salary infO. They also send blessing and compliment to stuff And users can sendinfo to their client, such as product information, the maintenance and upgrade info of the product.The SMS system in our country has two type based on attach method. One isbased on WEB and the other is based on PC in enterprise. The first based on WEB ismostly used in WWW People get the service when they browse the web stage. Whilethe other system based on PC is mostly used in enterprise. The stUff visits thisplatform by individual personal computer and sends their information. Most systemonly has one method to reach. They have single attach method, high limits and badaPplicability.In this article, we design and implement an integrate short message servicesystem PMS(Powerful Message System). ms system integrates the two attahingmethod. Users can visit PMS both in WFB and thrOugh PC client in enterprise.At first we describe the base content and general sitUaion about short message.Then we intrOduce new mobile technology And we emphasize the protocol aboutshort message and the key technology1n the third chapter, we introduce the cormon system. And based onit, we design the PMS systems. We describe the design scheme in server,c1 ient and web.The fourth chapter gives the imp1ementation of PMS system. Itdescribes the so1utions of techno1ogy probIems in each modu1e. It ta1ksabout the key techno1ogy in server, c1ient and web. And it a1so gives theimp1ementat ion of conununicdt ion protoco1 and the detai 1 design fordatabase.Fina1ly, we ana1yze the future of short message service and the treflddirect ion of new mobi 1e short message techno1ogy.
