Research And Development Of High Temperature And High Pressure Dyeing Machine Control System

In this paper we studied the control system of high-temperature /high-pressure dyeing machine, based on projects of technological innovation of San Xi Weaving & Dyeing Co., Ltd. The technological innovation of this project is to develop a control system, which can automatically implement the whole production process according to requirements of dyeing technological and accuracy of temperature controlling. It also can be long-term operated in the high temperature, moist or the acid-base environment reliably & safely.First, the current status of dyeing machine and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) was discussed, and then, according to dyeing technological & performance requirements of high-temperature /high-pressure dyeing machine, the overall scheme of the system was presented with emphasis on the overall scheme design of the control system. Finally, the detailed control system was analyzed, and the controller hardware system and model selection was discussed; the formation of software system, implementation of control algorithmic was also discussed to accomplish the design of control system.Currently, the ideal result of the system commissioning has been obtained and the design requirement of each performance index was satisfied. Therefore, the correctness & feasibility of the dyeing machine control system is fully proved.
