With the development of large-scale and very large-scale integrated circuit technology, especially with the invention and application of microprocessor, the control technology of packing machine is developing very fast. Now control technology is becoming an important motivity that promotes packing machine functions improving. The development of packing machine is later, and the automation foundation is inferior in our country. The technology in the control field of packing machine drops behind that in the advanced country in the world. It causes that the development of our country' s packing machine always stays on the middle and low level. The lag of control technology has become a bottleneck of improving the packing machine of our country. So, it is a urgent task to develop the control system of top grade packing machine and to improve the automatic level of packing machine.In this thesis, we take the project of developing the control system of JZ6-660 High-speed Vacuum Plastic-absorbing Machine for Shenzhen Jiuheng Mechanical Equipment Co., Ltd as background, discuss the course of system' s design and realization in an engineering view and emphasize the two characters of this system: Intelligence and Information.JZ6-660 plastic-absorbing machine achieved these functions here as follows: program control for plastic-absorbing movement, digital parameter, touch screen interface and bipolar communication between control system and the center computer, by means of introduced some advanced control instruments and skills into system, such as PLC, touch screen and PID and so on. It means that the control performance of JZ6-660 plastic-absorbing machine has almost achieved the advanced level of plastic-absorbing machine in the late of 90' s in the world.Especially regarding the measurement and control of temperature, to be directed towards the uncertainty of mathematical model, we introdlclassicalcontrol into the control arithmetic and form a PID controller. The control effect is satisfactory. As to the bipolar communication, we not only afford a serial communication port, but also design an integrated scheme for communication network. It provides a necessary condition for packing machine to achieve the goal of computer integral guide.The whole control system has fulfilled the requirements presented by factory and been checked and accepted. The design of the control system has friendly interface and advanced control technology ,was attained a lot of good evaluation by the stuff.
