This thesis mainly relies on construction of the synthetical training platform forindustry control system. Considering the status of the synthetical training platform, theauthor designs and realizes an emulation controlled plant which is make up of hardwaresignal process part and software simulation part. Using this plant, students can get all kindsof industry control training as if they have the real plant.In the first of this thesis, the author gives the general design of the synthetical trainingplatform for industry control system, then describes the hardware design of the signalprocess part which consists of ARM9 board and interface board. After that the thesisdiscusses the software design and places emphasis on the debugging and realization of thecommunication between the signal process part and PC. In the end, the thesis discussesseveral methods which can realize the software simulation part.
