DSP (Digital Signal Processor) specially applied in real time processing after the analog signal is converted into digital signal, now is basic device in the fields of communication, computer, consuming electron products, and is called flagman of information revolutionary. The convolution, correlation, FFT, STFT and WT in digital signal processing all frequently need multiplying and adding operation of a large amount of data. The universal microprocessors are difficult to meet the need of real-time signal processing at the speed of operation, DSP which has strong computing capability and high integrated level becomes decisive factor of up dating of electron products. TMS320C5402 of TI is used in this dissertation.This dissertation describes the principal hardware construction modules of the electronic device with many uses with DSP. On the base of brief discussion about the work principle of the electronic device with many uses, DSP core circuit, the chip of FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array) and outer circle, LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) display format conversion and the LCD control circuit, analog signal channel, super-speed A/D(Analog signal/Digital signal)conversion, software tools, drivers of the bottom, rebuilding wave, calculation and realization of the wave parameter; LCD display format conversion and Chinese menu are detailedly researched and the relative problems and the solution is bring forward. The software design works including the rebuilding and moving of the wave, relative parameter's calculation and display on LCD, output of Chinese characters, wave sign and Chinese menu. The design makes some achievement for further researchIn order to extend the use range of the system in the future, We use the DSP and FPGA. It is very convenient to upgrade the system because these integrated circuit chips adopted in it can be programmed on them. The liquid crystal module screen is used. as the interface between man and equipment. The parameter can be displayed real-time being set by the keyboard. It is used easily after the above processing.
