The freedom of speech by the various countries was already generally accepted as the basic human rights, but the freedom of speech was not the limitless freedom, it is the freedom in the certain scope, what is its limit? As for the media, to report lawsuit process must have the limit similarly, and must report case news reasonably at the right moment, firstly, the media must learn the self-discipline; secondly, media should be tolerate to the judicature as far as possible. The lawsuit participates in human's right of reputation need to receive the protection, how to protect it? To provide relieve in advance is uppermost. The judicature had to carry on the limit to the media, I give a detailed treatise from the necessity that the judicature give limit for media, and from the mode that the judicature of our country give limit for media in this paper.In view of the domestic and foreign scholars research is not abundant about how to balance the news report and to protect the right of reputation of the lawsuit participants at present situations, so I choose this direction to do the research. Using research technique of the comparison test, the concept analytic method, and case analytic method, makes the certain contribution about the right of reputation protection of lawsuit participants in our country.
