With the rapid development of information globalization,lots of subsystems are built inside enterprises. Those subsystems normaly operate independently and do not cooperate efficiently with each other, thus it forms many "information islands".To overcome the obstacle, a new Architecture,which is named after Service-Oriented Architecture, has been evolved into enterprise application. The application integration based on SOA can dramatically lessen the dependence and complexity among different subsystem. It also can improve the flexibility of the deployed system. Research and application of Enterprise Information System based on SOA has become a key topic in the current information system.A SOA based on intelligent PMS is proposed in this paper after the analysis of traditional PMS solution. Some mathematical models such as main production schedule, material requirement planning and etc have been set up based on the production planning. Furthermore, the realization of intelligent MPS from the perspective of technology is elaborated. The main work in this thesis are as follows:1 .Based on the analysis of SOA,a entire framework of System based on SOA are prompted. The main production planning, material requirements planning, capacity requirements planning, Particle Swarm Optimization, BOM management, and production scheduling modules are developed as separate Web Service to assemble the whole application. The service integration in the system is achieved each other by the Business process management.2.The functions of various modules such as main production schedule,material requirement planning,capacity requirements planning at the central of production planning are analyzed in detail, Some mathematical models of main production schedule and material requirement planning have been set up.3.In this thesis,basic PSO algorithm and improved PSO algorithm were applied to solve the problem of production scheduling. The results show that improved PSO algorithm can improve the productivity and the resource utilization efficiency. 4.The author designs and builds parts of business functions of PMS on .Net platform and WF-NET environment. Results show that the viewpoints and technology, which has been proposed in this thesis,are feasible.Experiments show that superiority of integrated development and the good effect of application of intelligent PMS based on SOA is well proved.
