With the rapid development of social networks, user-information network node rapid extension, users can not only mobilize their own resources around, you can also generate a personalized service, which is a manifestation of the user community a practical idea of collaborative innovation. This paper presents a service creation platform architecture based on SOA,system service creation is the process in the Web Service Perception layer of the business combination. First, research on key technologies related to SOA-based service creation, describes the basic principles of Web services and its advantages, Then, the core technology of the business to generate and process to create a BPEL process gives the basic idea. Finally, technical improvements and achieve things in accordance with the current lack of service creation exist. Problem mainly in:(1)The flexibility to dynamically generate BPEL business is poor.(2) To generate complex business process orchestration.(3) SOA-based business does not have the context of the function generator.(4) BPEL itself does not support dynamic calls to Web services.For four issues mentioned above, the system presents an abstract service description components, such a simple visual components to meet user demand for easy to use and configure. Users can drag the selected service components in the interface, select the component functions and parameter configuration can be done in the area where the service portfolio. This shields the complexity of the BPEL process design and configuration process, so that when the user completes a combination of business,logic processing background on user-generated services can be parsed and dynamically generated executable business process documentation. In addition, in order to solve specific problems BPEL process service binding and does not have context-aware, this paper uses two layers of abstraction services. User defined abstraction layer services, each service provides a virtual abstraction of Web services, the virtual Web service interface and message descriptions, they are consistent with the actual service. Such BPEL engine when calling services are invoked virtual Web services, and virtual services based on context-aware systems to select the actual Web service. So that the system can achieve dynamic combination of BPEL for Web services.Finally, this paper combines a smart home scenario, Business generation system for functional testing, this can explain the system to solve the traffic generation raised in Chapter III of the problems.
