According to the rough survey, there are 3000 or more companies that have already got or applied MIS in China. The result is not good. Enterprise Informationalization is very important for the developing company. It is the primary key that the soul of softerware suit to the managerment of company.This article aims is provide the reference for the company, when they will apply MIS.Firstly, I have an introduction about XINAN CHEMICAL Company Limited. We propose measures for the implementation according the goal of Enterprise Informationalization.Secondly, I make a very detail describe according to the requirement of service and system requirement. We make a choice according the the requirement of service. We require the supplier to develop if the software can' t devide the function otherwise we change our business model.We take about one year to implement this project. We met all kinds of difficulty in this period. Each department realized the information sharing and coordination management as well as avoided the unnecessary taches through the integrated information management among those core elements such as inventory, supplier, customer, and production. The. rapid and accurate information delivery improved efficiency and effect and provided the efficient management after delivery. We have to take about four steps to delive an order because of the examination and grant in the system.
