Research And Analysis On Project Information Management System Of An Architectural Engineering Design Institute In Kunming

In the project information management work of an architectural engineering design institute in Kunming,because of the information management tools have not yet been adopted for management,there are problems such as non-standard management processes and basic manual operations.In order to keep up with the information technology development trend of the architectural design industry and improve the project management level of the Design Institute,the project information management system was studied and analyzed based on the specific conditions in the project information management of an architectural engineering design institute in Kunming.The paper first analyzed the main business processes in project information management of an architectural engineering design institute in Kunming,integrated the roles and functions related to the business,and optimized the original process.Then,it carried out functional analysis and data analysis on seven modules including project establishment management,contract signing management,project planning and schedule management,contract lending management,contract filing management,project delivery management,and project money management.Based on the idea of object-oriented,the thesis mainly adopts UML modeling method,and uses the activity diagram,use case diagram,package diagram,abbreviated class diagram to analyze and design the system,and gives the diagram of entity class diagram of the system.Finally,the design is completed.The corresponding database table.Through the work of this dissertation,the business process in the project information management process is standardized,which plays an important role in the realization of information management.
