With the rapid development of data technology,big data applications and artificial intelligence have gradually extended to the real economy.Digital transformation is currently a strategic upgrade that every enterprise has to face.Digital transformation not only requires a change in people's management awareness,but also must rely on digital tools,that is,information systems.The risk management of an information system project is the cornerstone of the success of an information system project.A reasonable and effective risk management system can help reduce the probability of failure in the implementation of the information system.Project risk management research is of great significance to the implementation of information system projects.The thesis takes the real estate marketing company A's core business information system implementation project as a research case,combines the theoretical results of project risk management research,the current status of information system project risk management,and carries out project risk management in accordance with the management procedures of risk identification,risk analysis and evaluation,and risk response.To be specific,combining the status quo of company A's operations and project implementation,combined with the characteristics of information system projects,this article first selects and summarizes a list of 21 risk factors in the risk identification stage using investigation and interview methods.Through "brainstorming",it is divided into four types of first-level risk factors:project human resource risk,project demand risk,project schedule risk and project data risk.In the stage of risk analysis and evaluation,qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation.Qualitative analysis mainly adopts the method of project risk classification,while the quantitative analysis is based on the analytic hierarchy process.On the basis of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this article evaluates and classifies project risks,which are mainly divided into main risks;high-risk,medium-risk and low-risk.In the risk response stage,on the premise of the results of risk assessment and analysis,coping strategies of risk avoidance,risk transfer,risk mitigation and risk acceptance are effectively combined,and corresponding risk response ideas are sorted out for specific risk categories and specific coping measures are proposedCombined with the current situation of A Company's operation,this thesis adopts case analysis method to study the risk management of core business information system project,and forms the risk management system of core business information system project,which provides practical cases for the theoretical research of project risk management and provides reference for the risk management of similar projects.
