Since 90's, display technique takes place a revolution. Along with the technical breakthrough and growth of markets , The application range of the flat panel display technique( FPD) especially the LCD has been greatly extended from small size ones for use in mobile phones to large size ones for use in monitors and LC televisions. In numerous flat panel display , the TFT- LCD can dominate others due to the essential of science and technology development and the thinking mode of mankind .The LCD avoids to give out light successively and make use of the LC to control the light, namely light source and to the control of the light source.Being the light source, regardless from light the efficiency and whole colors to life have already obtained the glorious result. The rest is the technique to the control of the light source.Using the semi-conductor large scale integration and crafts technique, research to the thin film transistor (TFT) manufacture successfully and solve the match of the LC light valve and the controllers.Recently along with the raising of the function request , the product of TFT- LCD is developing toward to big size, low consume high respond time, wide view...etc. Each factories develops the new technique and production processes competitively. Technique of FFS has the wide angle of view and high transmitance rate , satisfy the request of the LCD- TV product characteristic completly. Existing the pixel design,cell design,LCD material of monitor and notebook can't be apply in the LCD- TV directly . For insuring the LCD- TV have high transmitance rate, high contrast degree, breadth angle of view and quickly respond time etc. In this paper we put forward the most suitable design the mode of FFS to satisfy the request .In this paper using the fifth generation production line of TFT- LCD , we research the PI film,the LCD material characteristics and special pixel structure Cell structure of the mode of FFS. According to the most advanced the fifth generation production line of TFT- LCD , manufacture the sample and combine the experiment result to revise the valid and stable progress and structure of Cell of FFS mode at last.
