Based On Profibus-dp Slave Compressor Monitoring System Design And Realization

The paper grounds on automation modification project of supervision and controlsystem for compressors in certain national mine enterprise in Datong, Shanxi, and mainlyresearches how to keep stability of the system and reduce cost of the project when thereare several compressors for supervision and control. To solve this problem, the authordesigns a supervision and control system for compressors based on PROFIBUS-DP slave.Research result shows that the system can run stably and help to reduce cost of theproject, which makes it possilble to extend application area of the project. At the sametime, PROFIBUS formally became China national standard for fieldbus in 2006, theresearch of PROFIBUS-DP slave also gradually becomes hot research areas of industrycontrol and instrument, so this paper has certain real significance and aplication prospect.The paper firstly discusses the general design of supervision and control system forcompressors based on PROFIBUS-DP slave, then mainly researches hardware design andsoftware design of PROFIBUS-DP slave. Finally under laboratory condition, the authorutilizing the designed hardware and software tools, debugs supervision and controlsystem for compressors based on PROFIBUS-DP slave, and dicusses the problems indebugging.
