Research And Application Of Fuzzy-PID Control Base On PLC In The Cut Stem On The Fluid Bed Dryer Control System

The tobacco,as a special industry, has contributed to the economic development in the world greatly, and become the important source of the finance income of all the countries. However, since the people's life level increases continuously, people pay more attention to health condition of their own. The idea that smoking is harmful to health has gone deeply into the heart gradually. Then, how to reduce the harmfulness of tobacco to people, how to increase the quality of the cigarette, all above has become the first way to develop tobacco industry.The treatment of cut stem is a important process of cut tobacco line in the tobacco industry, and greatly effect on the whole cigarette products internal quality. Including many technologic index in the cut stem process ,and the moisture is a major index in all (also call contain water rate),The cut stem on the fluid bed dryer system is a combination system to control and steady the cut stem moisture, In order to improve and steady the technologic index about moisture of the cut stem on the fluid bed dryer. The paper described several aspects as follows:①The technologic status of cut stem process in the tobacco industry. Described the flow chart of cut stem process, and the control theory of the cut stem on the fluid bed dryer system ,and the existing problems of its automatic control system, and proposing the solving methods.②The fuzzy control basal theory. Narrated the development of the fuzzy control technology, and the basal theory of fuzzy control, and its working principle.③The design of fuzzy control about the cut stem on the fluid bed dryer system. Described the PLC and the theory of PID control ,and set up the model for fuzzy-PID control and realization of its hardware and software.The cut stem on the fluid bed dryer system is a non-linear changeable uncertainty complex combination control system, Especially the temperature has bigger delay. The steady and robustness of former control system has been improved by applying the method of the combination of intelligence fuzzy control and tradition PID.
