Machine Quality Control System Of Key Technologies

This paper has discussed several key technologies about basis-weight and moisture(the most two important quality guide line) based on QCS.With the improvement of the social produce level and people living standard of substance and culture,the demanding of out put and quality of paper production is at a high pitch,and the technology of computer and communication has been used in process automation widely.So this paper has studied some key technologies of paper QCS on not only the method of basis-weight and moisture control,but also on the soft ware technology of QCS.It includes:1,The introduction of the structure of QCS and some respective technologies about it.2,This thesis has studied the control difficulty of paper basis-weight and moisture,and some classical method of making transfer function model.3,Given the control difficulties such as coupling and non-linear,we discuss advanced control algorithm in the control of basis-weight and moisture of papermaking process.This paper has designed the fuzzy adaptive control method,and got the simulation result.4,Dedicated control system is designed for papermaking basis-weight and moisture control. Management and control are integrated in this system.Crafts flow and mechanism are analyzed. We adopted two control method to model and control for paper making system.The scheme can real-time rectify control decision-making based on the change of system operating model,so the system can get the following properties:quick and robust adaptive ability;increase turn out;save material;more real-time and so on,especially enhance economy utility.5,Based on papermaking process,we give its software design scheme.OPC is introduced in this paper.We also analysis the application method about how to use OPC in the design of advanced control software.How to use OPC in DCS is also given.This paper has discussed the key technology of QCS monitor software,include real time database,OPC,it showed the advancement of QCS.Then,this paper not only has studied the key technology of QCS,but also has brought some improved opinions,so it has some reference value on paper automation control.
