Design And Research Of Grain-Moisture-Measurement Control System Based On ATmega128Microcontroller

In this paper,the control system of grain moisture measurement has b een designed and developed based on Atmega128made by ATMEL compa ny. Firstly, the system function demand analysis has been completed, and the suitable single chip microcomputer has been choosed to design the gr ain moisture measurement control system structure and working principle of the overall framework of this research project. Secondly,modular structu re of thinking has been used in this paper.Display circuit control module,t emperature signal detection module,humidity signal detection module,button control module, computer serial port communication module, power suppl y module and motor control module have been analysed, researched and d esigned.Finally,integrated control system composed of microcomputer contro1technology,LCD technology, data acquisition technology,computer commun ication technology and motor control technology has been completed. The measured grain moisture data will be obtained by capacitive sensor, the temperature data will be obtained by DS18B20sensor. The data obtained by sensor will be processed by ATmegal28and the results will be displa yed directly through12864LCD.The main content is as follows:(1) Various methods of the grain moisture dectection technology are analysed, Advantages and disadvantages are pointed.On this basis,the moist ure detection methods is introduced.(2) Each hardware circuit module is designed for the control system of grain moisture detection. The various hardware modules of the PCB ar e completed at last.(3) Software parts of the grain moisture detection are introduced and analysed,including initial program, interruption program and so on.(4) The factors leading to errors are analysed in the process of testin g,and the improving measures are introduced.
