Going with the development of computer and network technology, the applications of e-commerce become more and more universal. The increase of operation and trade by internet result found a fast, high efficient, intelligent and roboticized e-commerce system will be the direction of research and applications. The Mobile Agent technology applys in e-commerce can overcomes the drawbacks in the traditional e-commerce structure, such as single mode, inflexible, unintelligent, etc. So it provides a new solution for the development of e-commerce which autonomic, mobile, collaborative, intellectualized and safe.This thesis based the research on the characters of e-commerce and Mobile Agent technology, put the emphases on the research of multi-item problem, descript on human-effect factor and feedback-based dynamic concession policy in e-commerce negotiation model. Designed a new feedback-based dynamic e-commerce negotiation model, used on solve the duplex multi-item negotiate problem. In this thesis make deeper research on core problem in this negotiate problem, Includes value function, concession policy and negotiation decision, and designs the negotiate protocol, make analyses on negotiation income. At last, based on research in negotiate problem in this thesis, a Mobile Agent-based B2C e-commerce system was designed and realized. This system uses feedback-based dynamic e-commerce negotiation model designed in this thesis. Realize negotiation agent and the other agents used in this system,validated the negotiation model.The feedback-based dynamic e-commerce negotiation model which designed in this thesis, well and truly descript the negotiation of agent. Solve three core problems in negotiation: multi-item problem, descript on human-effect factor and feedback-based dynamic concession policy. This makes advancement in Mobile Agent-based e-commerce in application. The Mobile Agent-based B2C e-commerce system designed and realized in this thesis is a general model, which provides great research support for the e-commerce designer and developer.
