Nowadays, the Internet technology is widely used in the world. It implies that the period of network commerce comes. A most remarkable characteristics of network ecommence is the application of information technoloy in the field of traditional commerce,that is E-commerce. It has important impetus function for the economic development, and will gradually replace the traditional commerce affair model and become the nucleus of the economical activities in the 21 century.Electronic Commerce (E-commerce) is a series activities which include the production, marketing, sales and currency and others through telecommunications network,it not only refers to the Internet-based transactions, but also the business activities which use the electronic information technology to solve problems, reduce costs, add value and create business opportunities, it also include a series of trading activities from material enquiries, stocking, product demos, order to export, storage, as well as electronic payments through the network. E-commerce includes four aspects: First, the electronic transactions between enterprises and consumers (the public) (B2C); Second, the electronic transactions amongst businesses (B2B); Third, the electronic transactions between enterprises and the Government of (B2G), such as government procurement; Fourth, the electronic transactions amongst consumers (the public)) (C2C).Compared to the traditional business activities, E-commerce has following characteristics: (1)Transactions Virtualization: all the trade activities amongst trading parties can be completed through the Internet, without face-to-face. (2)Lower the transaction cost: E-commerce makes the transaction costs of buyer and seller much lower. (3)The high efficiency of the transaction: As standardization of the business packet transferred on the Internet, the business packet can be transferred to the destination instantly and processed automatically by computer. Original material procurement, production, requirement, the banks exchange, insurance, cargo consignments and reporting processes can be completed in the shortest time in the case of no staff intervention. (4)Transparent transactions: The entire process of transaction is on the network. Smooth, efficient information transmission can guarantee the checking of all kinds of information; can prevent the currency of forgery information.Mobile Agent is originally stemmed from the field of distributed system, as a result of the gradual development of the distributed technology. Mobile Agent is a class of special Agent, it has mobility and it can move from one host to another in the network acting on one's own, and delegate the user to accomplish customed task, in addation to the basic character of intelligent agents: reactivity, autonomy and mobility. Mobile Agent computing model can reduce network loading and increase communication efficiency, it also support disconnection operation,instructional autonomous interaction, dynamic network environment,security and fault-tolerance. Mobile Agent concentrates the advantages of other distributed technology and provides a general, open, integrated, simple distribution application development framework combination with distribution artificial intelligence technology. Compare with the tradiational network progarmming, it is more suitable for the development of network application system. the advantage of MA determine extensive application prospects, such as e-commerce, personal digital assistant, security agent, distributed information query, network management, industrial control, information and software publishing, parallel scientific computing, multi-role intelligence game and so on. Aglet is developed by IBM Corporation in Japan. It uses the technology of Java to realize the mobile agent. This article adopts the CBB model to realize three parts——Product Brokering, Marchent Brokering and Negotiation. This technology has merits as follows:1) Analyzing the actual process of bussness and abstract a reasonable e-commerce model: we improve CBB model in order to make it more suitable for the actual bussness activity.2) Developed a e-commerce paltform based on CBB model: We finish the Marchent Brokering by the history record which is added the time factor, and use the shopping recorder to give the customer some wealfare, which is to realize the shopping in the real life.3) This platform is based on Aglet, operating object for central, data flow as the clue to design the subsystem.
