Shifang City, Social Security Information Technology Research

The Information Construction for Society Security is one of the twelve key projects determined by The State Counsel. The more important is the society security cause functioning as " machine of absorbing shock" and " guarding net " , the more urgent is the Information Construction for Society Security. Taking the information construction for society security in ShiFang as an example, this paper discusses the basic situation of the information construction for society security in China. It is hoped that this paper can provide brother districts experience in the information construction of the basic working security.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction, which deals with the information construction for society security in ShiFang in the aspect of the background, present condition, significance and influence. The second part is the main one, which deals with the information construction for society security in the process of planning and exploiting, including the choice and arrangement of the server, reuter and database ;the whole plan of the applied software( the governing system of society security information), the design of module function and the key technique concerning the internet system and so on. the third part is the conclusion, mainly summing up the problem arising in the construction, the idea to perfect and so on.
