The data mining technology is a process that finds the latent useful information or knowledge which people beforehand does not know from massive, not incomplete, noise and fuzzy practical application data.The data mining divides into two phases, the data preparation and data mining. This dissertation discussed how to design the data mining system and application of some data mining arithmetic.This dissertation discussed the theories and technique about how to set up the electric equipments RCM data mining system systematically, and elaborated some data mining arithmetic which can be used in this electric equipments RCM system. The main contribution of this dissertation is it designed a data mining system RCMDMS that suits the electric equipments RCM system, it improved and applied a few essential data mining arithmetic to the electric equipments RCM system.Here the data mining system RCMDMS is only a research experiment system, regarding the system structure and the model. It needs further discussion. The practical application is the goal to build a data mining system , Also needs unceasing improvement in the actual use to make the data mining system to become the business management personnel the assistant, . A data mining system can be used in an enterprise's daily operation work is a data mining system true success symbol.
