The Application Of Data Mining Techniques In Substation Equipments And Defect Management System

Substations are major part in electric power system. Whether they are able to run normally and stably is crucial importance to whole system. In order to strengthen substations management quality and ensure safely and stably running, Substations Equipments and Defect Management System is designed. The system will bring large numbers of data about equipment running and equipment defect management, ect. How to mine the useful data from these massive information and form effective data resource to help manager forecast administrating equipments is this thesis'primary matter which will be done.Based on analysis and discussion of substation defect data characteristics and data mining technology basic conception, this paper deeply study how to apply data mining technology into substation equipments defect prediction. Substations Equipments Defect Data Mining System is designed based on Substations Equipments and Defect Management System is designed.In this thesis, substations type and equipments and important part of Substations Equipments and Defect Management System is introduced firstly. Then based on analysis of data mining technology basic conception and data mining technology general process, equipments defect data mining system implement process is confirmed. The process is data preprocessing, data mining and data mining result display. Combining relational database system in high voltage power supply bureau information center, the characteristics about defect data in database is detailed analyzed. Then a series of methods about data preprocessing that fit substations defect data characteristics is given. Based on analysis data mining fundamental model, multiple linear regression data mining model which is applied into substation equipments defect forecast is brought up.Making use of J2EE and JSP strong function and applying B/S structure, Substations Equipments Defect Data Mining System whole framework is designed, and data preprocessing module, data mining module and data mining result display module is realized. These modules is integrated into Substations Equipments and Defect Management System. A cross-platform and simple consistent application environment is offered based on B/S structure. This has well met he practice application requirement making multi-system integrate into a big system in high voltage power supply bureau, and made system have well stability and expansibility.
