The intelligent electric actuating equipments are used widely to regulate the valve in the industrial system; It is important for improving the system performance and the production's quality to advance the stability and the precision of the equipment. The design of the electric actuating equipment is discussed in the paper and the equipment can regulate its precision according to the field variety.After analyzing electric actuator's theory of operation and control process, we give the scheme design of intelligent electric actuator by using for reference to the merit of the overseas and domestic actuators; The designed actuator have a PROFIBUS interface and can adapt to the industrial progress. We design the hardware structure of the system on basis of the consideration of system's possible trouble and the factors affecting the system precision; Then we focus on the structure of the electric actuating equipment based on PIC16F874 micro controller. Also the design scheme and the implement method are given in the ways of the hardware. The system of the electric actuating equipment is digital entirely. At the same time, we research the question of electric actuating equipment's closed loop control and open-loop transfer function; For the inconsistency of proportional control's precision and stability, we adopt the speed feedback method to improve the system performance and give the academic foundation of the method. At the same time we give an on-line control algorithm that can update the speed feedback; The experiment testified that the algorithm can make the system performance and stability improve and is feasible.Finally, the run show that that the system not only has high precision, steady performance, and is safety, reliability, advancement.
