In the current international competition environment, China’s tobacco industry isnow facing a perfect mechanism, resource allocation optimization, increase industrycompetition, and many other issues, in order to adapt to the development of the industryof the new situation, the new stage, we need to fundamentally improve the level ofscientific management of the tobacco industry, strengthen the industry’s internationalcompetitiveness. Tobacco production enterprises as an important production link, theleaf is made of tobacco cigarette manufacturing enterprise is obtained head workingprocedure, and is an important part of tobacco production. So, how to use for cigarettemanufacturing enterprises to provide quality raw materials, is the leaf enterprises shouldfocus on the problem is obtained.Based on the actual investigation, questionnaire and literature analysis, combinedwith the present situation of the company’s quality management, and system of qualitycontrol in the kumite leaf process is obtained parameters optimization problem carriedon the thorough analysis, targeted for software development, realize the informatizationof production quality management, and effectively solve the key problems in thetobacco production. In summary, this thesis has done and implemented mainly has: thecontent of the quality analysis is introduced in the management system of theimportance and significance of the tobacco industry, and the insufficiency and flaw oftraditional management methods. Analyzing the status quo of the management systemabout the quality of the tobacco industry and the target has carried on the thoroughanalysis. Points out the main factors affecting tobacco production enterprise productquality; Introduces the overall design of this system, and on this basis, gives a detaileddesign of system, the system database level and the data model of the operational layerare introduced in details. Simple introduces the implementation steps of the system andprocess, and gives the system the implementation of the interface and part of the code inthis thesis. The software makes full use of the historical data, by limiting the productionof key parameters of the adjustable range, which may provide reference data fordifferent products, to achieve the guiding effect on the production line, and ultimately improve the quality of the finished products.Eclipse plug-in software is mainly used for development, the author through themarket survey of existing quality management system software, for software andhardware selection, using structured life cycle method and prototype method forsoftware system development, through the stages of original data collecting, sorting,recording, analysis, using factorial experiment was carried out on the data selection, theparameterized model, implementation to guide and control the key quality parameters.Software runs successfully, not only for the quality of the product analysis, monitoring,and can effectively work instruction to production line operators, to fill the loopholes ofenterprise quality management.
