| Along with the rapid development of information technology and infrared communications technology, in order to meet the need of controlling Information Appliance devices unitedly ,based on Project "the research and implement of open embedded platform in home network" from Yunnan Province, we analysis infrared protocol thoroughly, and give solutions on controlling infrared device on embedded Information Appliance plat through infrared communications technology. These solutions are based on the ideas of using infrared communications technology, Information Appliance technology and embedded technology. In a situation that home network develops into inevitably, we carry on research thoroughly and yield some valuable results.In the introduce part of dissertation, we summarize the evolution and application of infrared communications technology and embedded system, introduce the advantage of infrared communications technology,and also discuss the significance and long term potential of controlling infrared devices on embedded Information Appliance plat by infrared communications technology.Based on IrDA1.0,we explain the function of infrared protocol stack and moddemod method of infrared signal, sum up the infrared protocol stack applying to embedded Information Appliance plat.We propose the way of infrared communications controlling infrared device.The paper designs the driver programme of infrared transceiver on S3C2410 development board under linux operation system by analyzing the driver programme of network devices under linux operation system,describes detailedly the process of transplanting infrared protocol stack and infrared drivers and reseachs thoroughly on getting infrared control signal.Finally,basing on analyzing the infrared communications programming,we design the monitoring programme which receives the control request from embedded server and sends out relevant infrared control signal to control infrared device. |
