As the living condition of the human beings becomes better and the technology of the world is getting advanced, Home Electronic Appliances (HEA) are getting popular with general families. As a single one, every HEA functions perfectly. But to be interactive with other ones, it is lacking of intelligence as a whole, which causes many problems, such as complex operations and difficult management. With the development of the society, more attention pays to automation of HEA. This paper mainly discusses the intelligent HEA network control system. A method is put forward to compose the system, which is to use the powerful Personal Computer (PC) as the main controller, and infrared, wireless, speech recognition and internet are included. To realize the intelligent HEA network control system, the following four parts are to be done. 1.Firstly, use an infrared module to receive the infrared data, and transmit it to the PC through serial interface. Then use PC to analysis the data and save it. After that output the data back to the infrared module to control the HEA. In this process the PC acts as a remote infrared controller that is capable of learning. 2.For the infrared doesn't go through the wall, it is necessary to use wireless. That is to take wireless as a 'change train'in the mode: infrared to wireless to wireless to infrared. As it goes in this way, there would be no the problem of the space limit of infrared and the incompatibility of the wireless and HEA. Thus the system would be more flexible. 3.Speech is input into PC through Microphone (MIC). Speech database is built dynamically, and take the user's speech as the criterion. The speech command can be used to control HEA right after recorded. So the correctness of pronunciation of the users is not that strictly necessary. Speech signal can be transferred into infrared signal to control HEA after being effectively recognized with wavenets. 4.In order to enable HEA to be controlled through internet, an internet communications software is required.
