Heterogeneous Integration System Based On Xml And. Net Enterprise Quality Data

In the market filled with vehement competitions, quality is the soul of an enterprise. As one of the main contents of information-based system of business enterprise, the enterprise quality management, running through the whole manufacturing process of products, puts emphasis on data and information. However, the information construction of sections in the enterprises is lack of unified programming because of their different business and functions, causing the deficiency of harmonious unification. Thus, at present, more and more business applications need to visit various heterogeneous data sources. Under this background, integration of business applications becomes one of these hot problems within information-based construction of enterprises. And data integration is the key part. For that, According to the demands of quality information management through the actual production line of KISC, this paper designs an integration system of heterogeneous databases for steel business enterprises. This system model is expandable and distributed B/S model with n layouts. It develops the medium layout based on XML and Web Services on the platform of .NET. These methods bring the integration system better expansibility and flexibility.This paper makes adequately efforts to research on the realization of such data integration system. It mainly works in the following aspects:First of all, according to the enterprise background analysis, combining with relevant integration knowledge, it brings forward a data integration framework of three-layer B/S structure to support data integration. This framework adopts Web Services to pack operation logics so as to shield the heterogeneity of data sources located on the low layer. And it designs data access by ADO.NET to achieve the mapping between thedata of XML and the data managed by DBMS. On the port of client, the integration chooses IE browser and the Form to be User Interface. Meanwhile, it designs the three-level network structure to help the enterprise to implement data transmission.Then, on the basis of entire design, it expounds the technique details of data exchange and data access of heterogeneous databases, as well as the technical details of data integration in the system. Use XML as the data medium to implement data transmission in network. Use ADO.NET to get data access of heterogeneous database. DataSet is a programmable component provided by AD0.NET. It is convenient to make use of DataSet and XML to dispose the heterogeneity of data sources. And make use of the technique of Web Service to carry out the data integration, providing the clients transparent data interview and operations. It is feasible for enterprises to implement comprehensive quality data interview and management of business production line so as to achieve high efficient enterprise production control.At last it makes analysis on the demands of system safety. And then put forward the system and business information safety design to ensure their security, integrality and secrecy.Presently, the heterogeneous data integration system has been successfully applied in the steel enterprise. The research on and realization of the system could provide a good example for other steel enterprises to build heterogeneous database integration processing system. It also could offer reference for other enterprises when they design or develop their own production line quality management systems. Therefore, it is of significant realistic meaning and economic value.
