The paper is built for the background with the Enterprise Financial Information Integration system of one company, which has discussed the research and development of Enterprise Financial Application system based on Web.However, because of the restriction of the traditional financial management and technology and other objective conditions in enterprises, different systems exist at the same time. Moreover, information from different Databases can not communicate freely. Therefore, how to integrate the application information systems from different hardwares, different operation systems, different programming languages and different databases, and form a cooperative and data-shared integrated system without "isolated information islands", are the core of the enterprise application system construction, also are main tasks of the subject.The subject realizes that the network is built based on financial department of the enterprise, and solves the financial data sharing problems to the scattered distributed systems in the enterprise. On the basis of studying the relevant theory and technology of Enterprise Application system development, the paper puts forward a scheme of Enterprise Application Integration that has n-layers and pertains to Service-Oriented Architecture, and simulates the Database Replication technology about MS SQL Server in terms of Data Integration. Namely, it realizes the synchronous integrated scheme based on Excel and DTS in the synchronous platform of heterogeneous database, and realizes the synchronous integrated scheme between system databases in the synchronous platform of common database. And then the development of the Enterprise Financial Information Integration system has been finished. Practice has proved that this scheme has obvious efficiency and expansibility by comparing with the combination of the each integration scheme.
