Aviation Static Inverter(ASI)is an important, part of aircraft power supply system, it transforms the low voltage direct current(dc) to single phase alternating current(ac) or three phase alternating current as quadratic power for the equipments in aircraft. The analysis of ASI plays a very important part in the search of the aircraft power supply system. This project which establishes the mathematical model and simulation model based on MATLAB/SIMULINK of quadratic power (ASI) and develops a simulation software based on the power system model comes from an Institute of China Aviation Industry Corporation. It provides new a method of testing for the performances of power supply system which used to be done by manual method. The new method saves a lot of manpower and material resources.The frame of aircraft power supply system is analyzed firstly. Then based on the characteristics of aircraft power supply system and quadratic power the general scheme of model and simulation software is put forward. The establishment to mathematical and simulation model of the single phase and three phase AVI is particularly presented in the following chapter. After that, the module of the simulation software and the interface design between VB and MATLAB are discussed. The last part is the conclusion of this development.It is indicated in the result that the simulation can truly reflect the dynamic and static performances of the power supply system and the simulation software has high reliability and good stability. It is valuable for application in practice.
