At present,most of the electroplating power is a low-voltage high-current DC power supply,but with the development of electroplating technology,low-voltage high-current DC power supply has been unable to meet the requirements of the new pulse plating technology,such as new pulse plating technology.The new pulse plating process electroplating deposition rate And the current efficiency is higher than the traditional plating,in the metal plating,the pulse plating of the metal coating is more dense,the coating surface crystal distribution,less cracks.Therefore,in order to meet the requirements of the new pulsed electroplating technology for power supply,we study the high frequency switching electroplating power supply which is suitable for the new pulsed electroplating technology.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.Analysis of the new electroplating technology Pulsed plating electroplating principle,pulse square wave can effectively improve the electrodeposition rate,improve the quality of the coating,the use of square wave as the pulse power supply output.2.The main circuit selection topology for the DC/DC full-bridge converter circuit,which consists of two bridge arm four switching devices,switching devices select IGBT,PWM phase shift control technology to control the main circuit and IGBT high-frequency switch to achieve the switch Power function.3.According to the principle of PWM control DC/DC full-bridge converter circuit,the mathematical model of phase-shifted full-bridge switching power supply is established,and the current and voltage of the output are sample d and closed-loop.The controller of classical PI adjustment is designed and built with Matlab The Simulink model of the controller is simulated and the stability of the current and voltage loop regulators is analyzed according to the Bode diagram.4.Complete the main circuit design including switching device IGBT,freewheeling diode,parallel capacitor,series resonant inductance parameter selection,according to the main circuit device parameters to complete the current loop and voltage loop feedback rectifier sampling part of the design,sampling links include uncontrollable rectifier And filter sampling circuit,according to the selected control method design phase shift controller and IGBT drive circuit.5.According to the design of the phase-shifted full-bridge conversion circuit in Matlab/Simulink to build a simulation model,the simulation of the output waveform for the design of the required square wave,and according to the plating requirements to change the given voltage parameters,The simulation results show that the outputwaveform can be effectively followed by the given,to achieve the adjustable output of the plating power supply,combined with theoretical analysis and simulation results to meet the design requirements,and build a simple test circuit to test the feasibility of the main circuit.6.In this paper,the design of the power frequency adjustment range 4kHz to20 kHz,the output voltage adjustment range 50 V to 100 V.
