Workshop Production Process Management Workflow-based Study

With the rapid development of information and electric network for the whole world economy, the business information has become the in dispensable tendency for manufacture enterprise to obtain the development at present. If manufacture enterprise want to survive in intense competition and then obtain future development, they must utilize advanced administration means of information. The shop floor is a key part of produce department and business process reengineering in the manufacture enterprise. In shop floor produce process, produce process management related compact and operate in harmony with all sorts of information system which must to be related in the shop floor and all sorts of departments which related to de product-making. So this paper talks something about the management problems of produce process in shop floor, and a resolvable scheme based on the workflow has been proposed, advanced the flexible of de shop floor.First ,actuality of the produce process in the shop floor and the characteristic of workflow technology used in the shop floor, and proposed the produce process in shop floor based MES, constituted the system of produce process in shop floor based on the workflow; then the task modeling and the task assignment based on workflow driving has been researched according to the fact of the product of the shop floor; than catch the information that the task is necessary to guide the production process according to the process model and resource information, realized the instantiation, moving and control completely of the production process, and proposed resolvable scheme of the abnormity in the product of the shop floor, and provide the decision-making for the manager of the shop floor. Finally, the system of produce process in shop floor based on the concept system and Agent has been realized, the system method in an enterprise indicated its effectiveness and feasibility.
