Collaboration can be defined as a number of tasks in a number of machines for processing "How to time or cost of the machinery and material resources such as arrangements" to enable certain objective function optimal. In the field of intelligent control applications of workshop, due to the complexity of modern scheduling, cause the operating environment to become increasingly full of uncertainty, the system dynamic manufacturing tasks often change, these uncertainties, dynamic and complex nature together, course the scheduling becomes more difficult, in order to deal with this growing uncertainty and complexity of the scheduling, the system must have a strong adaptability, robustness and scalability. In this paper, a multi-agent collaborative approach to design a new chip-based intelligent shop floor control in collaborative multi-agent scheduling system.First, this paper describes the intelligent placement system structure and agreement, based on the current status quo, in-depth collaborative multi-agent system behavior research.Based on the basic plant control problem, this paper adopts multi-agent coordinated approach to the design of a new shop floor control intelligent scheduling system. First, analysis of multi-agent shop floor scheduling system mainly includes the basic framework of the work piece agent, task agent workshops, equipment, management and monitoring agent and the agent are set to introduce a multi-agent coordination system operation, and their rules of operation. Multi-agent-based production scheduling systems, resource allocation, scheduling policy and system objectives is through the coordination between the agent can be achieved. And then analyzed in comparison than the traditional scheduling system to achieve a distributed control structure, tasks, and the simple realization of individual needs, using a improved genetic algorithm for dynamic scheduling simulated annealing to improve efficiency and so on.In view of the multi-intelligent coordinated demand, this article carries on the coordinated strategy modeling with emphasis, multi analysis multi-agent's core question multi agent cooperation algorithm, as well as improvement multi-agent cooperation algorithm realization.Finally, from the multi-agent system example the present paper designs the improvement multi-agent cooperation algorithm that has the small average product detention rate, and may use in solving the consideration process period and the processing cost situation, can realize the efficiency compared to the general dispatching system.
