Communication System Network Optimization Analysis And Practice

Along with the enhancement of national economy, people's consumption consciousness has greatly changed, and people's demands for new type, velocity and quality in getting information, which promotes the advancement of information technology, communication technology and network technology. Subscribers need better and communication network performances at the same time. As the work environment varies constantly, it is necessary that network system should be adjusted continuously with the change of network environment. If only network is running under good conditions, can it meet the demands of the users and make them satisfied.Based on the present problems that occurred in Huawei RASYS system of newly installed in Sichuan telecom, the author put forward the network system optimization scheme and give a detailed description in five aspects:1. The background and the aim of the communication network system optimization are briefly introduced and analyzed, and the basic principle of the network system optimization is expounded.2. The network system optimization flow is explained tersely, and the methods which are used to carry out the network optimization are presented, with such examples as how to obtain subscribers' complaints, telecom measurements, design data investigation, and operation data investigation, etc..3. The detailed analysis of the data collected before system optimization is described and the measures to manage and adjust system working state are presented.4. The network optimization related cell, system and network implementation state are shown.5. By investigation of the present state and the statistic and analysis of the data of Leshan telecom RASYS system, the author puts forward the corresponding network optimization scheme, and implements modulating the network based on the scheme. Then according to the evaluation result of the network optimization, the author generalizes the experience in optimizing the network so as to provide some concept and approaches for future optimization and maintenance of the system network.
