Large of the real world system can be described by complex network, for example, the mobile communication network. By regarding the mobile phone user as the vertex of mobile phone network and regarding the communication between mobile phone users as the edge of mobile phone network, we built the network which is called the mobile phone network. Mobile phone network not only indicates the interaction among mobile phone users, but also indicates the relationship of society. Studying the topology of mobile phone network and modeling peoples activities can provide theoretical basis to the resource management of mobile phone.In this paper, we use complex network methods to analysis the mobile phone network. The main content is depicted as two parts: one is about the constructing algorithm of mobile communication network model; and another is the different transmission properties of the mobile communication over different call access control strategy.First, we introduced the research progress of complex network and the research status in the field of telecommunication. And we introduced some basic concepts of complex network and some classic complex network model, such as random network model, small-word network model and scale-free network model and variable node-edge of scale-free network.Second, we constructed a VNE mobile phone network model which has old user exited and connection disappeared according to the latest research theory. This mobile phone network obeys power-law distribution, but the index of the degree distribution is different with the classic BA model. We analyses the communication traffic and the call-blocking probability of the communication system. We also provided the result picture of this two performances and compare with classic BA model. The result picture shows that the structure of the mobile phone network will affect the system s performance.Finally, in this mobile phone network, we use two type call admission control, they are Number-based call admission control and Guard-channel call admission control. We constructed the mobile model of users, used a weighted communication blocking-probability PQ oSto measure the performance of this two type call admission control, and then compared the affection to the weighted communication blocking-probability.
