| Numerical control systems connected by computer are the foundation of implementing Integrated Manufacturing. Firstly, this paper introduces the history, status in quo and theory about DNC, and analysis the key technology of DNC. Mainly do the three tasks: (1) aimed at the management system and manufacture pattern, put forward collectively design project and destination of Integrated DNC in the enterprise information. (2) Integrated the different numerical system by the B/S structure environment which java communicating technology and oracle database technology build, and solute the communication conflict to realize simultaneously communicating. (3) Research partitioning the function of workstation in the Dynamic system and the integrated between DNC system and Dynamic system. Furthermore, replanting the DNC system to self-determination system by the modularization designing and software restructure technology. |
