Grain is an important strategic goods which is related to people’s livelihood.Grain reserves are related to social harmony and stability, the sustainable andhealthy development of national economy, the realization of grand goal aboutbuilding a comparatively well-off society in an all-round way. The developmentof computer technology and mobile communication technology powerfullypromotes the intelligent process in industrial and agricultural automation control.In the aspect of grain supervisory system’s application, using integratedcomputer application system has become the inevitable requirement for graindepot supervisory intelligent process to realize real-time and dynamicallymonitoring grain stocks.According to the situation of our country and the basic situation of grainreserves in Shaanxi province, referencing domestic and foreign advancedexperience and technology, the thesis put forward the multi-stage distributedmonitoring scheme. Multi-stage distributed monitoring system integrated dataacquisition and transmission technology, wireless communication technologyand computer aided monitoring technology to realize each granary’smeasurement and supervisory, in order to eliminated possible embezzlementand other evils, and therefore improved the supervision capability and technicalmeans of grain administration department, then overcome the perennial problemof grain depot supervision.Based on the overall requirements of safety, real-time and intelligent, thethesis put forward the system’s overall scheme. The scheme included foursubsystems, including data acquisition module, data transmission module, datamemory module and supervision center data processing and managementmodule. The data acquisition module could acquire and process variousparameters of grain storage status by utilizing multiple sensors. According to thecommunication protocol, the data transmission module could format the data acquired, and then pack and send. The data memory module could classify andstore the effective data received. The supervision center data processing andmanagement module, which is the ultimate means for grain daily supervision,could mainly analyze and process the data, such as user’s informationmanagement, report generation, historical data query, etc.In the integrated management system software’s design andimplementation process, key and main difficulties are realizing granary storagemeasurement and grain surface’s view visualization. In grain measurement, wenot only consider the thesis’s operation cost, but also better operation efficiency.Therefore, the system used advanced sensors to collect enough scattered pointson the grain surfaces, used triangle increment expansion method and numericalintegration summation method to build mathematical modeling. Using Matlab’spowerful numerical calculation and abundant graphics functions to completegrain storage’s volume measurement and program grain surface’s graphicrestoring in record time. Using interface programming tool Combuilder to createCOM components in order to use Visual Studio to call Matlab program, andfinally display storage quality and grain surface’s3D view on the integratedmanagement system software interface. The integrated management systemsoftware’s programming is very difficult, the system used SQL Server2005, VC#2008software platform and “three layers” model structure to design databaselayer, database access layer, presentation layer and data communication, inorder to realize each function module’s effective integration, supervision andearly warning for granary’s status parameters, such as temperature, humidity, etc,the system can also analyze and manage the data.The system has great reference significance for distributed remotetelemetry and remote control systems, such as earthquake supervision,environmental supervision, oil field supervision, etc, so the system has a widemarket prospect.
